Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a long established client based in Epsom, who have an exciting vacancy for a Trainer with experience within a Customer Service environment.
The role will focus on delivering learning and competency best practice, through structured learning administration, support, skills development, competency monitoring and evaluation.
Specific responsibilities of the role will include
Identifying competency levels, gaps in learning and training needs.
Working within departments to deliver learning and competency best practice through structured and considered learning administration, support, industry/skill delivery, competency monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements: Proven training experience ideally with a background in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance and experience in training/developing customer service, call centre or sales professionals
