Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a long established client based in Epsom, who have an exciting vacancy for a Trainer with experience within a Customer Service environment.
The role will focus on delivering learning and competency best practice, through structured learning administration, support, skills development, competency monitoring and evaluation.
Specific responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying competency levels, gaps in learning and training needs
- Delivering industry, product and skills training to various teams
- Scheduling, administering and recording training
- Designing, maintaining and centralising learning materials
- Coaching and mentoring Customer Service team members
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Training and coaching skills gained within a Customer Service environment
- Ability to create engaging training material using a range of learning methods
- Ability to identify training needs and deliver appropriate learning
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
- Accuracy and attention to detail
This role is fully office based.
