We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering an outstanding service to our customers to join our Claims or Underwriting Teams.
Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team on the telephones providing excellent customer service.
If you are self-motived, have great communication skills and a desire to achieve then this may be the role for you.
Closing date: 30-05-2024 Customer Team Leader Location: 29 Sterry Road, Gowerton, SA4 3BW Pay: £13.32 per hour Contract: 25 - 30 hours per week regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
