Sales and Account Management Coordinator

Do you have a background in Account Management, Sales or Customer Services within a product design department or connected to one?

Happy to work fully office based?

But before you do - the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (some flexibility either side), but if you are not into working days - there may be an option to work twilight or night hours - so just apply to fond out more.

Your main responsibility will be to:

  • follow up on leads
  • take all relevant information from clients regarding their product requirements/purpose
  • recommend/ promote products or services relevant or additional to increase sales
  • liaise with internal departments such as design, planning, manufacture, accounts, shipping and logistics to ensure timescales are met
  • quoting for the work
  • order processing and updating of the CRM
  • provide clients with updates during and after the sale
  • keep up to date with product knowledge and tends in the market

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction
  • The ability to prioritise and coordinate several customer orders at the same time and at different stages
