They are looking for a candidate that is driven and motivated to help them drive the business forward by providing a high level of customer service over the phone, email and online.
The selected candidate would need to have an excellent communication skills, strong PC skills and be able to multi task as well as prioritising their work load.
This is a varied role in a busy Account Management Team and involves building and maintaining client relationships by delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
Main responsibilities:-
Acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for all clients
