General
Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading manufacturing client with their search for a Customer Service Advisor on a fixed term contract basis(1 year, with potential for longer).
Overall Purpose
To manage relationships with our customers and facilitate a highly effective customer journey from the point of order to the shipping of goods, in conjunction with the Production Controller, Buyers and Stores Team whilst achieving KPI's such as 'On-Time-Delivery-In-Full' and identifying opportunities for improvement.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
