Customer Service Administrator, Bath REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based firm in their search for Customer Service Administrator. This role is based in the Finance team and working closely with the Credit Controller. Permanent Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (1 hour for lunch) £22,000 24,000 FANTASTIC BENEFITS Duties include: Working within the Credit Control team Managing customer enquiries within agreed timescales Dealing with customer service enquiries via the phone and email Assisting the team with the management of finance contracts Raising and issuing standard letters and documentation Completing administrative tasks as necessary Ensuring all data is uploaded onto relevant systems Calculating settlement figures Processing customer payments Dealing with subject access requests and collating data Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the Manager The ideal candidate should have: Strong telephone and communication skills Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise work Good negotiation skills Experience of using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) IF this brand new role is of interest please click apply' and send your cv to
