REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based firm in their search for Customer Service Administrator.

This role is based in the Finance team and working closely with the Credit Controller.

Permanent

Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (1 hour for lunch)

£22,000 – 24,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

Duties include:

  • Working within the Credit Control team
  • Managing customer enquiries within agreed timescales
  • Dealing with customer service enquiries via the phone and email
  • Assisting the team with the management of finance contracts
  • Raising and issuing standard letters and documentation
  • Completing administrative tasks as necessary
  • Ensuring all data is uploaded onto relevant systems
  • Calculating settlement figures
  • Processing customer payments
  • Dealing with subject access requests and collating data
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the Manager

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong telephone and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise work
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience of using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
