Customer Service Administrator, Bath
REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based firm in their search for Customer Service Administrator.
This role is based in the Finance team and working closely with the Credit Controller.
Permanent
Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (1 hour for lunch)
£22,000 – 24,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS
Duties include:
- Working within the Credit Control team
- Managing customer enquiries within agreed timescales
- Dealing with customer service enquiries via the phone and email
- Assisting the team with the management of finance contracts
- Raising and issuing standard letters and documentation
- Completing administrative tasks as necessary
- Ensuring all data is uploaded onto relevant systems
- Calculating settlement figures
- Processing customer payments
- Dealing with subject access requests and collating data
- Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the Manager
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise work
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience of using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
