Operations Manager Environmental Services is a high-profile role encompassing hands-on operational management of Environmental Services and facilitating and developing all aspects of the operation.
You will have direct line management responsibility for the Environmental Services teams and support to deliver the standards necessary.

Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.
Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy.
You'll play a key role in delivering top-quality calls for the Elements Customer Onboarding team, leading the way for best practices to maximize the value our customers get from Elements products and, in turn, minimizing churn.
