I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a business based in Worsley.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries over the phone. They should also be able to process orders on internal CRMs accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone and provide them with accurate information.
- Process orders on internal CRMs accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Order Processor or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have a personable and compassionate approach to calls due to the nature of the clients.
The working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 and the salary on offer is £15.10 per hour.
Ideally they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
