My client is looking for someone who will be mainly responsible for the accurate process of customer quotation and order requests.
You will have to own the customer's needs by proactively following up on responses and promised actions, act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries and cover the timely handling of all associated queries from customers.
This position involves managing bookings, answering customer queries, processing refunds, handling disruptions, and communicating important information to passengers.
