Ensure credit control - collection procedures are administered - chasing of debts daily.
A varied role covering all elements of administration and telephone based work, you will respond to queries from individuals in the business and clients, providing responses.
You will need to be fully IT proficient, have excellent attention to detail and be confident to be on the phones.
