Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring first class customer service is always given, whilst also being able to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Administration Manager with management experience to work for a fantastic company in Romsey.
This is a busy and varied role where you will have 4 direct reports and will work closely with other department managers to ensure processes run smoothly.

We're looking for a forward-thinking Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the Sales and Logistics office teams, working closely with the Sales Director to further develop best practices across the sales functions.
The Customer Service Manager will collaborate with both reactive and proactive teams to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and pricing, and will work alongside the North and South Key Account Managers to ensure sales leads and opportunities are proactively followed up.
