We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Administration Manager with management experience to work for a fantastic company in Romsey. This is a busy and varied role where you will have 4 direct reports and will work closely with other department managers to ensure processes run smoothly. Within your role you will be required to build relationships at all levels with customers and internally and you must have a warm and approachable nature. You will also be required to oversee a variety of admin based tasks and must enjoy a varied role that incorporates all areas of the business. You must have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle a number of tasks at the same time.
The role
Working as part of a senior leadership team, this is very much a customer service driven role where you will be supporting many areas of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Address delivery issues and order-related queries
- Perform a significant amount of administration requiring attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
The ideal candidate
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous office based supervisory experience in a Customer Service driven role. You will also need to have strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a small team. You must be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly, personable and welcoming manner. A good level of MS Excel is essential and it is vital that you are resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment. Problem solving skills are crucial as you will be thrown all sorts of challenges! The working environment is relaxed but busy and you will need to be calm in your approach!
