Ideally, they are looking for someone with a background in working within the property industry in customer care or admin, however, would consider someone with a strong admin or customer service background.
My client an established multi-group that offers a wide range of property services across the UK is seeking to grow its team of Customer Service Advisors in the surrounding Oxford area.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be part of a busy service team and will be responsible for assisting in the progress of the day-to-day running of each of their departments which can lead to a fantastic opportunity for a long-term career with progression.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
This role is based at Ayr, with occasional cover required at Dumfries and Stirling.
Working as part of the Customer Data Change of Tenancy team, the role will interface between the Shared Service Centre (SSC) and the back-office operational teams to ensure our customers and partners receive the highest standard of service at all times and that performance levels are achieved.
In this customer facing/operational role you will be responsible for the management of the change of customer process, ensuring all allocated sites have appropriate terms of supply and any changes are recorded accurately.
