We are working with one of the UK's leading House Builders who are looking for a successful and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Norwich.
It will be your responsibility to liaise with residents to resolve complaints and prevent and limit dissatisfaction quickly and efficiently.
Our client is a building service provider who offers insurance repairs and complete restoration and maintenance services, they are looking for an experienced Administrator.
We can offer a full or part time role and flexible working hours.
The Role
To assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling works repairs, progamming, materials orders, accounting and provide support to the management and field delivery team.
We are currently recruiting for a great company who are looking to onboard an Administration and Support Services Coordinator to join their team.
The role will offer full training so we are seeking someone with excellent Administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and confident Excel skills.

Managing and delivering post contract services to our clients and purchasers, you'll continually improve our customer journey and enhance our customer satisfaction results.
Permanent - Full Time 37.5 Hours (Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 16.30)
Applicants will require a minimum of 3 years relevent experience in a Customer Service Management or Team Leader position that involves email and call handling.
On site or Hybrid with a minimum of 1 day per week on site at Norwich office.
