We're seeking a a large cohort to join the business as a Complaints Administrator, where you will be handling customer issues, managing complaints and supporting the administration.
Our client is a leading financial service and wealth management business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, customers and colleagues as well as maintaining the day-to-day running of the site from an Administration perspective.
This role will be initially a temp position, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond this.

Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods.
Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible.
I am currently recruiting for an Customer Support Administrator to join my client in Paisley, where you will work within a Housing association, on an ongoing temporary contract.
This will be office based and there is parking available on-site.
You will be based in the office working Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5pm and a Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm, working a 37.5 hour week.
