Customer Service Administrator

The position

  • Act as the first point of contact
  • Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
  • Independently perform various administrative activities
  • Checking and ensuring the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
  • Actively thinking about improvements in the process and service and implementing improvement actions
  • You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided

Salary £26k and weekly pay- Working hours -Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm

Requirements

Due to this job being airfreight related, the candidate will need to go through a 5 years reference check and valid DBS
