The purpose of this role is to assist the Customer Services Manager to provide a high-quality service to their customers, safely, professionally and within timescales.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for around 3-4 weeks with the real potential for it to turn into a permanent role.

The Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Service provides the primary response to requests for assessments under the Mental Health Act 1983 for people of all ages and also provides social supervision to Ministry of Justice restricted patients, support to multiple teams and agencies as well as providing training across these networks.
The Role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the AMHPs, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring that administrative processes are conducted in accordance with Council policy.
