Job Title: Customer Service Scheduler Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: £14.36 per hour Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders. This position requires effective prioritisation and scheduling of service calls, along with proficient use of IT tools, including SAP. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution. Efficiently prioritise and schedule service calls to meet customer needs and service level agreements. Re-schedule or re-assign service calls as necessary to optimise resource allocation and ensure timely resolution. Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. Proficiently use common IT tools and systems to manage service requests and documentation. Utilise SAP to streamline service coordination processes (experience with SAP is a plus). Leverage knowledge of our existing customer base and equipment to provide tailored service solutions. Demonstrate self-motivation and drive, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Maintain a high level of flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. Skills: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or technical support environment. Proficiency in common IT tools and systems. Experience with SAP is a plus. Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Critical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. High flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
