Claims Customer Support Handler: We are looking for Claims Customer Support Handlers to join our Third-Party Assist team in Eastleigh on a full time or part time, permanent basis.
Due to expansion of our Third Party Assist Department we are growing our Team into Eastleigh for our induction group starting on Monday 8th July!
You will be required to work shifts including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The Complaint Officers are responsible for supporting customers through the complaints journey, investigating cases on their individual merits, and coming to a decision on the outcome of the case.
The team are also responsible for ensuring that issues are identified and fed back, that could affect other customers.
