I am looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer for this leading company based in Cambridge.
Your day to day will involve supporting customers with technical product queries and issues, customer training, and maintaining internal systems as well as writing customer facing documentation.
You must have experience in in a similar role within a High-Tech Engineering business as well as being able to obtain Security Clearance.
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am (store opening), afternoons, late evenings to 10pm (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings from 5:45am (store opening), afternoons, late evenings until 10:15pm (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (From 6:00am), afternoons, late evenings (Until 10:00pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Working pattern: 4 to 5 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
