To manage the repair order process on behalf of the customer and act as an interface between the customer and internal departments on a day-to-day operational basis.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with customer support company products and resolving technical issues, provide customer training on products and act in a quick and professional manner to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to a large client base.
You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries (from the dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues), by answering telephone calls, email and CRM cases, providing timely and accurate technical information.
