The role
You'll work on first line customer support tickets via live chat and emails ensuring that every interaction with our members champions our brand and voice.
This company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic cards and accessories and are looking for an apprentice to support the admin department.
They will rate a candidate very highly who displays motivation, enthusiasm, is humble, and with good people/communication skills to provide excellence of order management, proactive communications with clients and the timely processing of orders.
