Key Requirements
Previous experience in customer service and administration.
Working as part of the Customer Service team, your primary responsibility will be customer support and satisfaction as the point of contact for all product, delivery, projects, and billing questions across various customers.
You will be handling customer purchase order requests, tracking shipments and billing related inquiries and processing a large volume of sales orders up to the point of invoicing and answering new inbound enquiries and providing pre and post-sales assistance.
You will be accountable for dealing efficiently with all customer queries and problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing administration related duties within the Customer Service role.
Be the first point of contact for all inbound Customer Support Enquires into the contact centre.

In this role you will be responding to all types of consumer led correspondence so an ability to converse professionally both via verbal and written means is a must!
