Responsibilities
Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers (SLA 24 hours) giving customers a great customer service.
Our client is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team for a 12-18 month role.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality customer service and contributing to business growth at our client's branch location.
Key Responsibilities
Develop positive relationships with key customers, either over the phone or in person at the branch.
