We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Account Coordinator to join a friendly team in a busy office based in Milton Keynes. This role is a full time permanent position and can offer Hybrid working after probation. Duties will include: Service Administration Produce customer quotation and parts ordering when approved Track warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedule Maintain accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access Customer Service Ensure customer data is up to date Provide accurate management data Work closely with stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth Log calls and update customers with ETA's/completion of the call Provide pricing upon request Communicate with customers about repair calls - advising of job status/delays Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quickly and patiently to achieve 'best in class' customer experience Credit Control / Account Administration Work closely with the Credit Manager to improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary. Manage and maintain the ledger ensuring information is current and accurate Process incoming funds & maintain the reconciliation of accounts Maintain the credit control system and processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance colleagues Check and approve applications based on company standards and requirements Maintain accurate master data records
