CSUTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT We are currently recruiting for several candidates to join a great company on a Temporary basis. This is a fast paced, busy role where you will be answering out of hours calls from patients and other healthcare professionals. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong telephone/customer service skills looking for a new challenge. WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW £11.72 per hour. Shift Work - Various Shifts - Weekend Availability Would consider Part Time (minimum 2 shifts per week) or up to Full Time. Potential to go Permanent. Looking for people with experience in call handling, customer service and working with people. ASAP start. A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY Answering and making phone calls in line with guidelines. Action tasks and calls set by the team. To co-ordinate patients who need to be seen face to face and where appropriate home visits. To process routine referrals.
