CSUTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
We are currently recruiting for several candidates to join a great company on a Temporary basis. This is a fast paced, busy role where you will be answering out of hours calls from patients and other healthcare professionals. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong telephone/customer service skills looking for a new challenge.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
- £11.72 per hour.
- Shift Work - Various Shifts - Weekend Availability
- Would consider Part Time (minimum 2 shifts per week) or up to Full Time.
- Potential to go Permanent.
- Looking for people with experience in call handling, customer service and working with people.
- ASAP start.
A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY
- Answering and making phone calls in line with guidelines.
- Action tasks and calls set by the team.
- To co-ordinate patients who need to be seen face to face and where appropriate home visits.
- To process routine referrals.
