The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Showroom Host to work for our client who is a prestige Car Dealership in Huddersfield on a temporary - ongoing basis.
This could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional concierge service to our client's customers and will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales, operational, and administrative support to the sales team and customers, playing an integral part in the overall performance and achievement of our client's targets.
Our client is the ultimate tailor-made holiday company, offering luxury, bespoke travel itineraries using their unique blend of first-hand destination expertise, services, and superb relationships with their carefully selected travel partners.
They're now looking for customer focused travel industry professionals to join their growing team as a Customer Experience Concierge.
Based in our clients show flat, you will be the focal point of our onsite sales and customer engagement, you will ensure that we have a strong sales presence at the property at all times and support and coach your property colleagues with sales and service-led behaviours.
You will be required to deal with sales enquiries from customers and visitors and provide appropriate sales advice and information through email, website enquiries, by telephone and in person and you will need to be confident in the use of computer systems, email, Instagram, TikTok and basic office software.
