This is initially a temporary role with a view to going permanent.
Overall responsibilities and accountabilities include answering service calls, logging faults onto the database in a timely manner and communicating any problems to senior team members.
The main duties of this role are to act as the first point of contact for fault reporting and fault resolution so as to restore service as quickly as possible.

Previous experience is not required and full training will be providedAbout the opportunity
Make daily calls and process orders in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand etc.
Grow and develop our defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff/Account Managers to achieve maximum potential.
