Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator with a geniune interest in engineering and account management.
Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Customer Support Coordinator, for their client based in Leeds, who work within metering and gauging systems industry.
The ideal individual should be comfortable being on the phone and recieiving regular client calls.
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
Understand, support and advise customers requiring a wide range of information, advice and guidance.
To provide a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity, professionalism and adhering to all relevant process, procedures, and legislation.

The Customer Service Advisor is required to provide an exceptional level of service to our service users working with a variety of well-known and smaller organisation from charity, third sector and government sectors.
