We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Southampton on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent role.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and increasing customer retention levels, providing excellent customer service, and actively promoting membership benefits to current and prospective members.
Day to Day of the role
Retain and renew customers through outbound telephone calls, ensuring members fully understand the benefits of membership.

Christmas in Boots is our most exciting time of the year, and it can be very busy, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to help you be at your best.You will work in a Boots store and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop.

Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
