About the role You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop. In the role of Customer Operations Support, you will handle a variety of tasks from application support to active engagement in marketing. You will be integral in gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, developing design specifications, onboarding new clients, and supporting existing ones. This is a varied role giving you the chance to develop a breadth of skills. Past candidates who have been successful in the role have been recent graduates with degrees including Psychology, English, Marketing, Business Studies and IT. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude, committed to outstanding customer service and understanding client needs. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in software support within a SaaS environment is highly desirable. A background in a creative or software agency setting is a plus.
