Up to £25,000 DOE

Full time – Permanent

East Kent

Our client, a value led, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Customer Service and a real drive to make a difference within a thriving and inclusive team.

Duties will include:

  • Handle inbound

telephone calls

and promptly respond to
email inquiries

in a professional manner.

  • Stay updated on services and procedures relevant to your role to provide informed assistance.
  • Provide a

high standard of service

to customers and clients, demonstrating expert knowledge and a friendly demeanor.

  • Maintain accurate and

comprehensive records

of all client interactions and communications.

  • Resolve conflicts and

challenging situations

effectively and with
empathy.

  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution.
  • Accurately upload documents and data to a

CRM system
, input data accurately into
Excel spreadsheets

and other systems as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with external clients' other relevant parties via phone and email.
  • Work towards achieving and

exceeding KPIs

  • Assist operations staff in conducting audits to ensure

adherence to quality standards

A successful candidate will have/be:

  • Proven experience in

customer service,

order management, or operations coordination.

  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent

communication skills,

both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented

with a focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and

handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving

and decision-making skills.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
