Customer Care Specialist
To contribute to the delivery outstanding customer service to all customers through the provision and collation of timely and accurate information and the completion of all relevant transactions.
Through day to day transactions ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a front-line support for our clients' customers.
Providing service and maintenance solutions through the processing of Guarantee schemes in addition to providing assistance on an ad-hoc basis to the Warranty Team in response to expected fluctuation of seasonal demands.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Customer Support Team, on a temporary basis for a period of 12 weeks initially.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
