The role of Customer Service Administrator involves efficiently managing all customer complaints in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in addressing customer concerns and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the full order process, including dealing with the customer, arranging delivery, liaising with the warehouse to ensure collection.
This position is to support the back office operational functionality whilst offering a very high level of customer services to external clients and co-members.
