This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.

This Customer Service Advisor role will involve handling a high volume of VCC transactions to ensure these are reconciled and authorised, working with colleagues within TC Support and the wider business, too.
