These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
We're now looking for a Customer Service Admin temp to start asap with one of the UK's leading specialists in their field, this opportunity would be to join their busy customer orders fulfilment team on a full-time and temp basis initially, but very much looking at a long term permanent role.
As a temp the plan would be to get someone started and trained on the phones/email systems quickly and help with what is expected to be a busy few months, and then slowly training this person on the orders side, leading into a permanent role if that's what you're looking for.

Receive customers and members (walk-in or telephone) promptly
Liaise with all relevant Head Office departments regarding customer requests, queries and issues as the need arises.
Promptly receive all requests, queries, inquiries submitted by customers and members and forward to Head Office for processing ensuring all required documentation are in line with policy and procedures.
