Pertemps are looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join our large client, for a period of up to 6 months as an Administrator within their Customer Services Team.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be contributing towards reducing the level of failed appointments by contacting customers via text, telephone call and email the day before their appointments.
The successful candidate will require a good eye for detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure, meeting targets, whilst paying particular attention to details and accuracy as there is a large element of data entry involved.
We are looking for a person to join us for a period of up to 6 months as an Administrator in our Customer Services Team.
