We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a permanent full time basis in Redruth.
If you are from a Logistics or Supply Chain background this would be preferred
As part of a friendly Customer Service Team you will be responsible for:
- Being first point of contact for their customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in resolving enquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and service requests.
Ideally you will have prior knowledge working in a customer service environment with proven problem-solving skills and giving great attention to detail.
You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients to understand their needs
We are seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative that can uphold the companies values who pride themselves on providing excellent customer care.
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis - Monday to Friday
£23,000k to £25,000k per annum
