Financial Services firm with their UK Head office located in Birmingham are looking to hire an experienced Advice Policy Consultant to take ownership of a number of core advice areas in which the firms Financial Advisers operate.
The role holder will be responsible for developing guidelines, processes and products the Financial Advisers use to engage clients and complete the advice process.
Responsibilities will also include working with both internal developers and external suppliers to ensure systems used to provide financial advice are robust and effective to support advice policy and deliver the advice process efficiently whilst maintaining compliance standards.
We are currently working with one of our long standing clients in the Bury location to assist with the recruitment of a Client Support Executive.
You will be working within a busy sales and customer service environment delivering high quality service.
The main purpose of the job is to support the growth strategy in the division by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase levels of business and servicing the clients needs in line with contractual commitments.
