Jobstore are looking to recruit a Mortgage advisor for a busy leading client in Bury.
The successful candidate will must be Ce Map qualified and have experience of face to face selling. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced sales advisor, desirably with financial or lending knowledge and or experience.
This employed role will suit an enthusiastic, motivated and driven individual with a successful track record in sales. Administration Department is responsible for submitting and processing all mortgage and protection applications allowing the successful candidate to focus on providing advice and making the sale.
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with the New Business team to take qualified leads.
- Skilfully navigating the financial landscape of your customer to source the most suitable products tailored to requirements.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of lender criteria, to ensure precise suitability.
- Delivering impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledge.
- Collaborating closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processing.
- Working in collaboration with the wider team to work cases towards successful completion.
- Proactively following up on leads and diligently chasing cases for updates
- Achieving minimum targets with meticulous care and attention
- Upholding personal performance standards of excellence
- Staying up to date with the evolving FCA requirements and industry changes
- Fulfilling CPD requirements to maintain professional competence.
