Role Overview

5 day working week (3 days in office, based in London).
Our Worldwide multi brand company are looking for a customer service executive, to provide excellent service, building strong working relationships and ensure full understanding of customer requirements.
Processing orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and adhere to customer guidelines
Handling any queries with regard to delivery and liaise with 3rd parties as required
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and support resident onboarding.
Primary contact for residents, managing move-ins and addressing queries.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, supporting resident satisfaction at two premier London developments reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you'll provide a seamless resident experience in collaboration with developers.
