As an experienced Property Administrator, you will be able to slide straight into this position, where there is a strong emphasis on the lettings side of the business so experience using CFP, Dezrez/Rezi would be extremely beneficial.
Our client is seeking a Property Administrator/PA to work on a Part-Time basis.
You will have experience of conveyancing procedures and sales progression which will include dealing with solicitors, agents and lenders as well as following up on client leads.
You will have 2 or more years experience of working in the UK Property Industry and be available to work for 3 - 5 hours per day.

Reporting to the office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customers are receiving the appropriate assistance including managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritisation and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk Functions.
The Service Desk Advisor will also contribute to problem resolution to our customers.
