We are currently seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to join our client, an esteemed organisation within the police industry.
As a Customer Service Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all communication methods into our client's organisation, including telephone, letter, email, and social media contacts.
This is a temporary role with a competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
You will provide advice and guidance to customers and members of the public requesting support predominantly via the telephone.
Face to face, email and digital customer interactions can also be involved.
This is a busy and highly rewarding telephony based role, handling high volume customer calls relating to a broad range of council service including; Elections, Waste, Council Tax, Housing, Parking, Children's Service, Education, Adult Social Care and much
The customer resolution officer will be responsible for investigating and responding to customer feedback and resolving complaints having opportunity to make a genuine difference to the customers experience.
This role is working as part of a small team to deliver the customer resolution service.
Weekly Hours: Full time 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
