You, as an Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator, will work with residents to develop and deliver a range of daily activities that reflect individual needs, interests, choices, and preferences, cultivating a person-centred and inclusive environment that is dementia-friendly and supports diverse needs.
In collaboration with the Volunteer Manager, the Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator will match residents with volunteers to support engaging activities and organize recreational outings and events for social and cultural engagement.
Job Scope
Our client's team is looking for an experienced Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator who will deliver day services to their members by planning, developing, and implementing a person-centred programme of stimulating activities that meet the social, physical, emotional, and cultural needs of residents.
You will play an integral part in providing operational and strategic support, minimising risk for the business whilst supporting the development of an employee-oriented positive company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, talent development, and high performance.
Partnering with the leadership team to communicate, educate and empower on HR driven policies, procedures and laws.
