We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join a boutique property loans business based in Mill Hill, NW London as an Operations Executive / Underwriter.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the loan underwriting process, ensuring the smooth operation of the loan book and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Underwriting: Assess and underwrite initial loan applications, adhering to company policies and procedures.
City and Guilds or Wamitab Parking certification is essential
Their primary role is to encourage considerate parking by taking appropriate action against illegally parked vehicles so that the other drivers can go about their daily business with minimum disruption.
They work together with CCTV cameras to issue tickets (Officially known as "penalty charge notices" or "PCNs") to vehicles that do not comply with parking regulations.
The role of the Commercial Licensing Officer will include, involving enforcement, advisory and educational activities in the area of commercial licensing including alcohol, entertainment, gambling, street trading, scrap metal and any other commercial licensing related area
