I am recruiting for a Facilities Manager for my client based in North Tyneside.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Care Home / Social Housing and will be required to oversee 26 care homes across North Tyneside.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be required to manage the lifecycle of buildings and oversee the operations and maintenance of the facility systems of an organisation.

As a Ranger, you're a champion of nature conservation and the great outdoors, and you'll play a crucial role in keeping the nation's beloved countryside and coast in good shape, for wildlife and for people.
Reporting to the Countryside Manager, you'll work with volunteers at Ormesby and Rievaulx with support from your manager and the Senior Gardener Rievaulx.
You should be willing to work some weekends, bank holidays and evenings, and be on call.
