My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Bridgewater, who is currently looking for a subagent to oversee Civil Engineering works on site on a long term contract position.
The selected candidate will ideally have a minimum HNC, plus SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS and be able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience working with main contractors on projects where R.C., piling, earthworks, Temporary Works etc.
Responsibilities
Duties will include looking after a section of works, working with the Planner to update section of works and produce 2 week lookaheads, Documentation - RAMS completion/Review, Quality - ITP production and monitoring on site, Take Offs, RFI / TQ, build ability.
